The 7% Discoverers

Since some time, I am interested in finding more about the work and life balance that people have, in the sincere hope that I get some clues on their success. Being bitten by the ubiquitous data bug, I recently ran a survey to get some insights into it. People responded quite enthusiastically. A question explored the overall work and life balance experienced by the respondents. Only a mere 7% respondents claimed they had a high work and life balance rating of  5, i.e. a perfect balance. But more than 60% were on the lower side towards the state of chaos on the left. The weighted average was just 3.2.  Why such a big imbalance? After all, all respondents are highly educated and supposedly well equipped to balance their work and life.  What have those 7% people discovered that others have not? The journey starts...
